Event Details

Round 1: Presentation

- Teams are required to present their papers during the event.
- Each team will be granted 8 minutes for their presentation.
- Following the presentation, there will be a 2-minute period for questioning by the judges.
- Presentations must be created in MS-PowerPoint (ppt) format.
- Non-compliance with the rules may result in paper rejection.

Paper Format Rules 

- Papers must strictly follow the IEEE Format.
- Abstracts should not exceed two pages.
- The front page should feature the Title of the Paper at the top and provide team member details at the bottom (as specified in the abstract).
- An abstract is a mandatory inclusion.
- Use Times New Roman font style for text.
- Maintain a font size of 12 for the main text.
- Use a font size of 16 for headings.
- Sub-headings should be in a font size of 14.
